Elliesox urges you to confirm your purchase and personal information before submitting any orders.

CREDIT CARDS 
Elliesox  accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. In addition and all major credit cards are accepted through Paypal, and there is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number. We will ship to an alternate address only if the billing address is on file with Paypal. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order.

All orders are charged to the credit card you indicate at the time of your purchase. Although 90% of all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase after your credit holder or debit holder approves charges, you will also be charged for items on backorder. Elliesox carries over 500 products and there is always a possibility that an item you requested is not in stock at the time you make your purchase. In order to track availability of purchased products, place orders, and expedite the processing of your order in general, your order must be fully paid at the time you place it. If you do not want to be charged for backordered items please indicate that in the Special Instructions box during checkout. In this case we will credit your account for the backordered items and remove them from your order. Unfortunately we will not be able to ship backordered items if you do not agree to the full payment of your order at the time you place your online order.

FRAUDLENT ORDERS KRC-00129 ACTIONS
If a order is placed and found to be fraudlent, Elliesox will take every action necassary to proceed in full proscution against the buyer or consumer, we will report to the United States Federal Instution and the local law enforcement of your location or countrys criminal law enforcement.
Your ip is recorded for identification where and who made the purchase where the order was placed. Fraud can be punishable from 10 years up to 40 years imprisonment and/or up to $50,000.00 in fines.

ORDER CANCELLATION   
Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled. If the item is not in stock the order may be cancelled within seven days from the date of purchase at the request of the client by calling (800) 962-0677 or by sending an email.
Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies and will be filed as an criminal attempt to steal products and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.  Once shipped item is considered as sold item and cannot be returned. If returned please refer to our Backorder Policy.

BACKORDERS 
Elliesox  will accept orders for out of stock items. If an item in your order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available (We do not gaurantee any specific date). Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may not be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. In stock items cannot be canceled after order completion.  Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products from and back to.

DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY  SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL  MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING MAY BE REFUSED OR  RETURNED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POSTAGE COST.

All returns are subject to the following:
Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as Elliesox assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.

EXCHANGES   
We will gladly exchange any item for you. You will be responsible however for paying our postage cost for resending you the exchanged item. Please discuss your exchange with a member of our customer service department before mailing anything. You can contact customer service at (800) 962-0677 or by emailing us.

All products must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. 

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order. The shipping cost charged at the time of purchase represents an estimate using standard Air Mail or US Priority Mail. Requests for Express Mail Service or special handling will be billed separately based on published rates plus a small shipping and handling fee.

Choosing Overnight or 2-Day Delivery does not mean your order will be delivered 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order. Selecting either of these shipping options simply means that you will receive your order 1-2 days after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours after receiving an order, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Elliesox reserves the right to ship packages "best way" according to the shipper's delivery schedules.

Note: Please keep in mind that our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.

COMPATIBILITY
As Elliesox is not the manufacturer of any product we sell, we make no representations, guarantees or warranties of any kind (including pictures of repesentation ot misleading, pictures may not be the same as product listed due to limited pictures), either expressed or implied, and assume no liability for any financial loss or damage caused by a product purchased from us. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to Elliesox arising from any products sold on this site shall be the price of the product ordered, if found liable. In no event shall Elliesox, its directors, officers, employees and/or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages relating to the compatibility of products sold.
